Everything was perfect during 2 days, liked its comfortable and unbeatable location very close to restaurants, supermarket drug store and even a food court and a food court and a shopping centre and bus terminal. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and kept the place clean. Hotel's room was clean and lovely with an absolutely stunning view of Kumamoto castle. I had amazing bed, climate control, multi-channel television, and a fridge.

I recently enjoyed a good two-night stay at Koko Hotel Premier Kumamoto with my 5-year-old daughter. The location is perfect, just steps from the tram station and a large shopping mall with numerous dining options. The elegant hotel interior features stunning artwork, including a captivating piece on the 13th floor. I appreciated the thoughtful service, receiving fresh towels and amenities even when I opted for no cleaning. Our room was clean and offered a lovely view of Kumamoto Castle. While the bathroom layout was a bit cramped and the TV's positioning could be improved, our overall experience was relaxed , with plenty of nearby landmarks like the Contemporary Art Museum and Kumamoto Castle to explore together.

Getting to my room was such a hassle. Every time, I had to switch lifts at the 14th floor lobby, which felt unnecessary.

I recently stayed at Koko Hotel Premier for a weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The modern design of the hotel combined with the spacious and spotless rooms made for a comfortable stay. Our room on the 12th floor offered stunning views of the castle, and the cozy bed ensured a great night's sleep. The convenient access to the multi-story parking garage, along with discounted rates, was a fantastic bonus, especially on a rainy day. Plus, the nearby mall provided a wealth of dining and shopping options just steps away. The staff's attentive service, including providing water and towels without needing room cleaning, was the cherry on top.
I totally recommend this hotel.

The culinary scene around Koko Hotel Premier is to die for! I had a blast chowing down on ramen at Ippudo Ramen Express and treated my sweet tooth with a good cheese tart from Bake Cheese Tart. The room was super clean with a modern vibe, and I loved that I could catch a glimpse of Kumamoto Castle right from my window!
On the flip side, I wish there was an on-site washing machine-long trips can get grubby!

Just a great fit for a fleeting moment in Kumamoto with good value considering the price it charged. The check-in process was smooth, and they had complimentary bottled water in the room. Make sure to find the correct entrance in the shopping center, or you might get lost like we did.

Wow, what a fantastic stay! The location is perfect-right above a mall with tons of shops and restaurants, and super close to the tram and bus stations. I loved the spacious living area in the room; it really made my New Year's stay feel luxurious. Plus, the amazing view of the castle from my window was just the cherry on top! The staff were super friendly and provided all the essentials, making my trip even more enjoyable.
On the downside, I found the room a bit pricey for my budget, and it would have been nice to have lotion available in the amenities corner. there was no on-site washing machine, which could be inconvenient for longer stays. But overall, these little issues didn’t take away from the amazing experience I had!

My stay here was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the iconic castle and connected to a massive shopping mall filled with awesome food spots. I loved waking up to beautiful views from my room and the comfy bed made for some great sleep. Plus, the discounted parking was a sweet bonus!
Getting to my room involved a bit of a trek through the lobby on the 14th floor each time. Oh, and I really wish they had coffee makers in the rooms instead of just a kettle! But overall, these were minor details in an otherwise amazing experience!

Koko Hotel Premier impressed me with its modern decor and cleanliness. The Beautiful King Room felt luxurious. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water. The room had a tv and free Wi-Fi. The hotel's location is a major plus, with easy access to shops and restaurants, just a short walk to the iconic Kumamoto Castle. Finding the entrance was a bit tricky. The shopping center layout can be confusing. Staff communication was occasionally curt, which detracted slightly from the overall experience.
